Tasting Room Associate (Seasonal)

Join Fort Berens Estate Winery as a Tasting Room Associate, where you’ll be part of a fun and passionate team. You will help welcome guests, guide them through tastings, and share the magic of our wines, vineyard, and winemaking process.
We are looking for full-time, part-time, and on-call Tasting Room Associates to join our team.
What you'll be doing:
- Introduce our visitors to Lillooet, Fort Berens, and our unique wines.
- Greet guests and provide a warm and welcoming experience.
- Lead engaging wine tastings and share the story behind our wines and vineyard.
- Educate visitors about Lillooet’s unique wine region and our winemaking process.
- Help guests find their perfect bottle (or case) to take home.
- Invite guests to consider joining our Discovery Club wine club.
- Keep the Tasting Room organized, clean, and inviting.
- Assist with winery events and special projects.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Receive and make phone calls to customers/wine club members.
- Organize basic food preparation (charcuterie boards).
What we are looking for:
- A friendly, outgoing personality—this is the perfect role for social, enthusiastic people!
- Passion for wine (or a willingness to learn—we provide fun WSET-style training!)
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Ability to lift 30lb wine boxes.
- Must be 19+ with a valid Serving It Right Certificate.
