Vineyard: Dry Creek Vineyard, Fort Berens Estate Winery in Lillooet.

The wine was aged in carefully curated French oak barrels for 15 months, of which 50% was new and 50% second fill.

With rich notes of dark fruit like cassis and blueberries, chocolate and cedar, this Cabernet Franc Reserve is well rounded with a beautiful, lengthy finish. This full-bodied and well- balanced wine has a lengthy finish.

Vineyard: Dry Creek Vineyard, Fort Berens Estate Winery in Lillooet.

A true expression of Lillooet terroir, this full-bodied wine was handcrafted exclusively from 100% estate grown grapes. This cellar-worthy blend is comprised of 67% Cabernet Franc and 33% Merlot. For optimal colour and flavour extraction, cold soaking pre-fermentation was completed in addition to extended skin maceration after fermentation was completed. Additional extraction techniques were used during the peak fermentation process, including punchdowns and pumpovers of the skin cap. The components were vinified and then aged separately for 15 months in 100% new French oak barrels from hand-selected family coopers. The final selection of 3 barrels was made after several tastings and trials, to create this ultra-premium red blend in limited quantity.

On the nose, this premium Red Gold offers aromas of intense cassis and blackberries with violets, cigar box, and dark chocolate. This beautifully balanced full-bodied wine explores all regions of the palate with lush fruit flavours, spicy oak, and a lengthy, smooth finish. Drink now or cellar until 2030.

The perfect pairing for this wine is BBQ lamb loin chops with rosemary or top cut Sirloin with red wine reduction sauce.

Made with 77% grapes from our estate Dry Creek Vineyard and Winch Spur vineyard in Lytton, the remainder from Osoyoos. The grapes were hand picked, destemmed, and crushed, and left on the skins for 4 hours. Dry ice was used during winemaking to reduce the contact with oxygen and the juice was cold settled for 24 hours before racking, leading to structure and more aromatics. The wine was fermented cold at 11 degrees to enhance the aromatic profile and aged for 4 months on the lees to give a full creamy texture.

A vibrant and aromatic Pinot Gris featuring notes of white pear, quince, melon, and hints of passion fruit. This medium-bodied wine has a bright, lively palate with a lingering finish. This fruit-forward wine is well balanced and perfect for any occasion. The grapes for this Riesling were mainly grown in our Lillooet estate vineyards (73%) with the remainder coming from Naramata. The grapes were given 12 hours skin contact after crushing and were then lightly pressed to collect the free run juice, followed by a long and cold fermentation. After daily tasting, the ferment in stainless steel was stopped naturally by dramatically lowering the core temperature of the wine until it was no longer active. This left just enough residual sugar to balance the higher acid levels traditional in this noble grape variety. 4 Months lees contact before fining and filtering, gave this terroir driven Riesling an elegant and aromatic palate.

An aromatic and fresh Riesling showcasing a combination of green apple, grapefruit, and elderflowers. This off-dry style Riesling shows balance between sweet and tart with a refreshing crisp finish on the palate. Pairs with almost anything, but especially sushi, beef tacos, and Indian or Thai curries. This is also a great patio sipper.

Our vineyards are located on unique benches shaped thousands of years ago from alluvial fans consisting of a blend of silt, sand, and gravel. This distinctive terroir helps us to produce wines with characteristic minerality and complexity.

The labels are an artist rendering of the mountainous area around us and the many different layers of soil that we have throughout our vineyards. These soil layers were formed, starting thousands of years ago, by the creeks of melting snow and ice that fanned out on our flat benches, before running into the Fraser River. This mixed soil type is called alluvium after the alluvial fans created by these creeks. The yellow (“gold”) bands refer to the gold that was found in this area.

Much like our soil, Alluvium White is a composition of our white varietals in this fruit-forward blend. Refreshing and aromatic this wine shows a combination of kiwi fruit, apple, lime, and hints of grapefruit. A light bodied wine with a crips and lean finish on the palate.
