Winemaker Notes
This wine was made with a very small batch of hand-picked estate grown grapes from our Red Rock Vineyard. 100% of the grapes were whole-cluster pressed and naturally fermented in neutral French oak barrels with 4 months of lees contact. This led to a wine with lovely aromatics and a great mouthfeel.

A wine that is best enjoyed with fresh oysters, greek salad or even a freshly baked bannock.
